How to organize and develop a volunteer project (as a group)? From this course you:
- Learn the logic of the volunteer process, understand who a volunteer is from the perspective of the coordinator, the mentee, the institution and the volunteer himself.
- Get to know the different audiences of the mentees and their requests, learn how to work with them.
- Get to know the formal side of volunteering, how to work with an institution.
- Learn what a volunteer group is in terms of internal relationships, their moderation, group decision making, and team building.
- Master the skills and tools of group management.
- You will work on working with newcomers, interviewing, distribution of tasks and delegation.
- You will learn about the risks and crises of volunteering, you will understand what happens and where to find help and support.
- Get an idea of how to promote a project outward.
