Our mission is to establish a pool of volunteers who will supplement first responders in the event of a disaster. Ohio Citizen Corps Offers Spanish Resource In an effort to reach a broader audience, Ohio Citizen Corps has been working with the Ohio Homeland Security/Multicultural Affairs Office to translate important resources and marketing tools for Spanish-speaking populations. Programs can now order Spanish Ohio Citizen Corps brochures by e-mailing: john.poole@ocsc.state.oh.us.
